REBRANDING 
OAG PROPERTIES

BACKGROUND 

OAG Properties is a property management company with several properties in Columbus, OH.

GOAL

Since all of their properties were acquired at different times, they have no consistency in branding. The goal was to create a "family" look that would be recognized as a managed group.. 

​

STRATEGY

The strategy was to rebrand all of the properties' logos with a uniform-like design highlighting the property initials for consistency and recognition of the umbrella property management company. After extensive color research, the properties were color-coded to differentiate each individual property.
